Magdalena Olczak-Nowicka
She has 5 years of experience in venture capital, gained at mAccelerator and Orlen VC, among others, with investments in more than a dozen companies and VC funds in Poland and abroad. Responsible for executing exits, restructurings and supporting portfolio companies in raising financing. She created the digital lending company Drobna Ratka as a venture builder. Served as a member of the supervisory and advisory board, mentoring more than a dozen startups. Host of the Poland.VC Founders podcast, she has a PhD in finance with a specialization in venture capital.
