He has 20 years of experience in banking, sales, e-commerce, digital transformation and venture building. Co-founder of Eura 7, an interactive agency operating in Poland and the UK. He was a member of the founding team of Alior Bank, the first Polish unicorn, and Alior Sync. He served as Director of Remote Channel Development and Digital Transformation at Santander Consumer Bank. Co-founder of Digital Ocean Ventures, a venture builder focusing on fintech and e-commerce, completed VC Leaders Academy and numerous management trainings, mentor in internal programs at banks.
